With the opportunity and permission of UNICEF, Dr. Lisa-Marie and Mr. Felix, Mr. Mey Samith, Founder and Executive Director led a PPCIL team to share information with relevant officers of UNICEF Cambodia about the activities, achievements, good experiences and challenges during the implementation of the project called “Inclusive Communities for Persons with Severe Disabilities (ICPD)” which started in 2015 and completed in 2017, with great support from the Australian Government (AusAID – DFAT), in partnership with UNICEF Cambodia.
